Leadership is a skill that can be developed and honed. The Leading with Excellence course is a 3-month package of six in-person training sessions (remote available upon request). This course is designed to follow Phase I and walks leaders through proven skills of elite leadership. Most importantly, these skills will be studied and applied real-time in the leader’s professional environment. All assessments (LPI 360, EQi-360 and others if applicable), books and materials for this program are included in the initial fee.
