These quarterly leadership expeditions will challenge a leader to grow in mind, body and soul.
The details of these adventures are deliberately shrouded in ambiguity for maximum impact, but they generally involve a several week individual train-up and mental work, a multi-day journey in the epic PNW and a detailed debrief following the experience.
You will hone your personal leadership, sharpen new team skills and connect closely with world-class, value-based leaders who will push and protect you.

This winter, StoneWater Training invites you to step into the unknown and challenge yourself and your leadership for 72 hrs alongside a team of other diverse, purpose driven leaders.
This event has physical and mental preparation programs included as part of it. Once on the ground in Oregon, training is a blend of academic and experiential events complete with real-time feedback. Upon completion, attendees will receive a one on one debrief and application coaching session.
Like most SWT events, we cover all food, lodging, gear, guides and transportation on location. You bring yourself, your personal clothes and a willingness to learn.
